Full ingredients list:
250g wholemeal, spelt or pulse pasta
1 bunch broccolini, chopped
3 x 95g cans Tomato & Basil Tuna
1 small red onion, finely shaved
2 tablespoons baby capers
¼ cup pitted Kalamata olives, drained
Zest of 1 lemon
100g baby rocket
Basil leaves and shaved parmesan, to serve, optional

Instructions and steps:
1 Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water according to packet directions, or until al dente. Add broccolini during the last 3 minutes of cooking to blanch. Drain.
2 Return pasta and broccolini to warm pan. Add tuna, onion, capers, olives, lemon zest and rocket. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with cracked black pepper. Toss to combine.
3 Divide pasta between four serving bowls. Scatter with basil and parmesan, if using.
