Full ingredients list:
4 wholemeal pita breads
2 tablespoons plain or spiced hoummos
200g thinly sliced leftover roast chicken
1 cup grated reduced-fat tasty cheese
1 x 350g bag kale slaw (dressing discarded)

Instructions and steps:
1 Preheat oven grill. Place pita breads on a large baking tray. Cook for 1–2 minutes each side under the grill until pita is lightly golden and almost crisp.
2 Spread each pita bread with hoummos. Top with chicken and cheese. Place pitas the under the grill for 30–60 seconds.
3 Place a pita bread on each of the serving plates. Top with slaw, and serve.
