1 Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water, following packet directions, until al dente. Drain, reserving ²/³ cup of pasta cooking water.
2 Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large non-stick frying pan over a high heat. Remove sausage mince from casings. Cook, breaking up with a wooden spoon, for 6–8 minutes, or until browned. Add the garlic and chilli flakes. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
3 Add the broccolini, peas and zucchini to pan with ¹/³ cup of the reserved cooking water. Cook for 3–4 minutes, or until greens are tender. Add pasta to the pan with remaining cooking liquid. Season mixture with cracked black pepper and toss to coat.
4 Divide the pasta among four serving bowls and serve topped with parmesan.
