Mash 1 medium ripe avocado with the juice of ½ lemon and 2 tablespoons hot chilli sauce or sriracha. Stir in the Classic hoummos. Season to taste with cracked black pepper. Serve sprinkled with coriander and 3 tablespoons of toasted pumpkin seeds.
