1 Preheat the oven to 150°C.
2 Combine the garlic, anchovy, lemon juice, parsley, yoghurt and two-thirds of the parmesan in a large salad bowl. Put one-quarter of the mixture in a small bowl. Set the small bowl aside.
3 Add coleslaw to remaining yoghurt mixture, then toss to coat and set the salad aside.
4 Slice rolls, warm in oven for
5 minutes. Layer each roll with lettuce, tomato, turkey, onion, a little of the reserved yoghurt mixture and a sprinkle of the parmesan. Put bun lid on top.
6 Serve burgers with coleslaw.
