Full ingredients list:
3 large apples (red and green)
3 tablespoons no-added-sugar or salt smooth peanut butter
Toasted coconut flakes
Freeze-dried raspberries and strawberries
Dark chocolate chips

Instructions and steps:
1 Use a sharp knife to slice the top and bottom from each apple, then cut the remaining apple horizontally into 1cm-thick discs. Each apple should give you 3–4 ‘doughnut’ slices. Make a small hole in the centre of each slice with a knife or corer.
2 Spread each apple ring with peanut butter.
3 Sprinkle with the toppings and serve immediately.
