You will need 12 small paddle pop sticks for this recipe.
3 medium bananas
100g 70% dark chocolate, 100g white chocolate
1–2 drops red or pink food colouring (optional)
¼ cup natural flaked almonds
Crushed peanuts, to decorate
Large sprinkles, to decorate

Instructions and steps:
1 Line a baking tray with baking paper. Cut each banana into four pieces. Insert paddle pop stick into the bottom of the banana, going about three-quarters of the way through. Place on tray and freeze for 5–10 minutes.
2 Chop dark and white chocolate and place the chocolate into separate microwave-safe bowls. Heat in the microwave for 30–second intervals, until melted. Add red or pink food colouring (if using) to the melted white chocolate.
3 Dip the bananas into melted chocolate, turning to coat. Let the excess chocolate drip off; place bananas on the prepared tray. Place two flaked almonds on top of each banana as the bunny’s ears. Decorate banana with crushed peanuts, and use sprinkles for the eyes and nose.
4 Return bananas to the freezer for 20 minutes. Serve.
