Sake garlic chicken with spinach

Full ingredients list:
1 x 125g boneless, skinless chicken thigh fillet, chopped
1½ tablespoons cooking sake or white wine
1 garlic clove, crushed
200g baby spinach
1 tablespoon no-added-sugar tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 x 125g tub microwavable basmati rice, heated, to serve
Black sesame seeds, to garnish

Instructions and steps:
1 Place chicken in a small bowl with sake and garlic. Season with cracked black pepper. Mix well, cover with plastic wrap. Marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
2 Place a wok over medium-high heat and spray with olive oil. Add spinach and cook for 2 minutes. Place spinach on a serving plate.
3 Spray wok again with oil and drain the chicken, reserving the marinade. Stir-fry the chicken for3–5 minutes, or until brown. Add marinade, cover wok with lid and steam for a couple of minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
4 Add the tomato sauce and the Worcestershire sauce to wok and stir-fry until caramelised.
5 Add chicken to serving plate with spinach and serve with rice. Garnish with sesame seeds.
