Full ingredients list:
4 rye, barley or multigrain wraps
3 tablespoons reduced-fat hoummos
300g bag coleslaw (without dressing)
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
2 cups barbecued chicken breast, skin removed, shredded
2 tablespoons chipotle mayonnaise
1 tablespoon reduced-fat plain yoghurt

Instructions and steps:
Step 1Place wraps on clean work bench. Spread each down the centre with hoummos.
Step 2Top with the coleslaw, mint leaves and chicken. Combine mayonnaise and yoghurt in a bowl. Spoon over each wrap, and season with cracked black pepper. Roll up and serve.
You can replace coleslaw with mixed salad leaves, if preferred.
