Full ingredients list:
1 cup peeled, chopped mango (fresh or frozen)
1 cup chilled kefir probiotic yoghurt drink or reduced-fat pourable plain yoghurt
8 large ice cubes
2 tablespoons lime juice
pinch of saffron strands, to serve (optional)
mint leaves, to serve (optional)

Instructions and steps:
Step 1Place the mango, yoghurt, ice cubes and lime juice in a blender. Blend until mixture is smooth and creamy.
Step 2To serve, pour lassi into 2 glasses and garnish with saffron and mint, if using.
You can replace mango with strawberry or banana.
