Mango and vanilla macadamia pops

Full ingredients list:
1 cup reduced-fat plain yoghurt
1/3 cup toasted macadamia nuts, chopped
1 tablespoon caster sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups diced mango flesh (about 2 mangoes)

Instructions and steps:
Step 1Combine yoghurt, macadamias, sugar and vanilla in a medium jug. Pour half of the mixture into 10 x 1/3-cup capacity ice-block moulds. Insert sticks. Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until set.
Step 2Blitz the mango in a food processor until smooth. Pour half of the mango puree over the set yoghurt mixture. Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until set.
Step 3Repeat the layering with remaining yoghurt mixture and mango puree, freezing for 2–3 hours between layers. Freeze ice blocks overnight, or until firm.
