Full ingredients list:
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
2 medium zucchini, grated
250g punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
2 x 185g cans chilli-flavoured tuna in olive oil, drained
4 cups rocket
1/4 cup shaved parmesan, to serve

Instructions and steps:
Step 1Cook spaghetti according to packet instructions until al dente.
Step 2Meanwhile, spray a large non-stick frying pan with olive oil and set over medium heat. Sauté onion and zucchini for 2 minutes, or until just softened. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for a further 2–3 minutes, or until tomatoes are slightly softened.
Step 3Drain spaghetti; add to pan along with the chilli-flavoured tuna and rocket, and toss to wilt. Divide among 4 serving bowls and top with parmesan to serve.
