1/2 cup grated carrot
2 tablespoobs maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups reduced-fat vanilla yoghurt
4 tablespoons coarsely chopped walnuts
cinnamon, to serve

Instructions and steps:
Step 1Combine carrot, maple syrup and cinnamon in a bowl.
Step 2Divide yoghurt between 4 bowls. Top each bowl with carrot mixture and scatter with walnuts. Dust with cinnamon, and serve.
