Full ingredients list:
450g pouch microwavable brown rice
1 red capsicum, finely sliced
100g snow peas, trimmed, shredded
1/2 small red onion, finely sliced
2 Lebanese cucumbers, halved lengthways, sliced
1/2 small avocado, chopped
150g store-bought natural hot-smoked salmon, skin removed, flaked into pieces
2 teaspoons honey
2 tablespoons teriyaki marinade
lime wedges, to serve

Instructions and steps:
Step 1Heat rice according to packet instructions. Divide rice among 4 serving bowls. Top servings with capsicum, snow peas, red onion, cucumber, avocado and flaked smoked salmon.
Step 2Combine 1 tablespoon of hot water with honey, then add the teriyaki marinade. Stir to combine.
Step 3Drizzle the warm dressing over the salmon and salad, and serve salmon bowl with lime wedges.
