Full ingredients list:
1 small red apple, cut into thin matchsticks
2 shallots, finely sliced
1/4 small red cabbage, finely shredded
60g snow peas, shredded
200g shredded cooked chicken breast
2 tablespoons reduced-fat Greek-style yoghurt
1 tablespoon store-bought garlic aioli
2 x 240g packets mini slider buns, halved (8 per pack)

Instructions and steps:
Step 1Combine the apple, shallots, cabbage, snow peas and chicken in a large bowl. Mix well.
Step 2Whisk yoghurt and aioli in a small bowl; season with cracked black pepper. Pour dressing over chicken salad; toss to combine.
Step 3Pile slaw onto slider bun bases. Replace the tops and serve.
Slaw can be made up to 24 hours in advance. Keep slaw airtight in refrigerator, and dress it just prior to topping the buns.
