Step 1Preheat oven to 200°C. Spray a large non-stick frying pan with oil and set over medium heat. Sauté onions and mushrooms for 4 minutes, or until softened. Add beef mince, cook, stirring, for 3 minutes, or until browned all over.
Step 2Add gravy and wine to pan. Season with cracked black pepper and bring to the boil. Boil for 2 minutes to cook off the alcohol in the wine and then divide beef mixture among four 2-cup capacity ramekins.
Step 3Meanwhile, steam, microwave or boil potatoes and cauliflower for 5–10 minutes, or until tender. Mash, then stir through the milk, crushed garlic and chives.
Step 4Top ramekins with mash and place on baking tray in oven for 5 minutes until lightly browned. Serve with steamed broccoli.
