Step 1Steam or boil broccoli and beans for 2 minutes, or until just tender. Drain and set aside.
Step 2Sprinkle the salmon fillets with Cajun seasoning. Heat a chargrill pan or barbecue hotplate over high heat, and spray with oil. Grill the salmon for 2 minutes each side, for medium, or until cooked to your liking.
Step 3Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and zest; cook, stirring, for 1 minute, or until fragrant. Add steamed vegies and cannellini beans, cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add the silverbeet and cook, stirring, until just wilted. Add lemon juice to taste, and season with cracked black pepper.
Step 4Serve salmon on the warm vegies with a wedge of lemon.
