Full ingredients list:
- 1/2 cup canned lentils, rinsed, drained (see tip)
- 50g skinless cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 celery stalk, finely sliced
- 1/2 small red capsicum, seeded, finely sliced
- 2 teaspoons sweet chilli sauce
- 1 wholegrain barley wrap
- 2 tablespoons mashed avocado

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Place lentils, chicken, celery, capsicum and sweet chilli sauce in a bowl; stir well.
Step 2 Spread wrap evenly with avocado. Place chicken mixture along centre of wrap. Fold wrap and serve.
