1 ripe avocado
thick wholemeal or high-fibre white bread

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Mash avocado in a bowl with a squeeze of lemon juice. Spread avocado mash on 10 slices of bread.
Step 2 Cut slices of bread into large shapes using a heart or star cookie cutter; set aside. Cut matching large shapes into 10 more slices of bread and cut a second smaller ‘window’ into the same slice.
Step 3 Repeat process with Vegemite and strawberry jam, to make 20 more sandwiches.
