4 x Birds Eye SteamFresh Sweet Chilli & Herbs Fish Fillets
1 medium avocado, seeded, peeled
juice of 1/2 lemon
8 mini wholegrain tortillas
400g bag coleslaw
170g tub reduced-fat Greek-style yoghurt

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Steam fish fillets in microwave, two fillets at a time, according to packet instructions.
Step 2 Mash avocado in a small bowl; add lemon juice and stir.
Step 3 To serve, top each tortilla with a handful of coleslaw, half a fish fillet, a dollop of mashed avocado and a spoonful of yoghurt.
