reduced-fat cream cheese
20 slices thick wholemeal or high-fibre white bread
cucumber, thinly sliced
shaved leg ham
10 craft racing flags

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Spread cream cheese on 10 slices of bread. Top with thinly sliced cucumber and shaved leg ham. Cover each half with a second slice of bread to make 10 sandwiches in total.
Step 2 Cut off crusts and cut each sandwich in half to make 20 sandwich fingers.
Step 3 Attach 4 sliced cucumber ‘wheels’ to each sandwich finger with a little cream cheese, and finish with a racing flag.
