Full ingredients list:
400g can cannellini beans, rinsed, drained
2 large carrots, roughly grated
2 medium zucchini, roughly grated
2 x 185g cans tuna in spring water, drained
1 tablespoon 97% fat-free mayonnaise
1/4 cup low-fat natural yoghurt
1/2 teaspoon fine lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 wholemeal pitas, warmed, to serve
4 cups mixed salad leaves, to serve

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Combine beans with carrots and zucchini in a salad bowl; divide salad among 4 plates. Flake tuna and top each salad with one-quarter of the tuna.
Step 2 Mix mayonnaise, yoghurt, lemon zest and lemon juice in a small bowl to make dressing.
Step 3 Drizzle salads with dressing and season with black pepper; serve with salad leaves and pitas.
