Step 1 Make dressing: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir well. Set dressing aside.
Step 2 Cook egg noodles in a large saucepan according to packet instructions, adding broccolini for last minute; drain well.
Step 3 Set a large non-stick frying pan over high heat and heat rice bran oil. Dust sliced pork evenly with cornflour; cook for 1–2 minutes, or until lightly browned. Add soy sauce and honey to frying pan; cook, stirring, for 1 more minute, or until pork is coated in honey mixture. Remove pork from pan, cover loosely with foil to keep warm and set aside.
Step 4 Place cooked, drained noodles and broccolini in a large bowl with cucumber. Add reserved dressing to noodle salad and toss lightly.
Step 5 Divide broccolini noodle salad among 4 plates, topping each with reserved honey-soy glazed pork; scatter with nuts and serve.
