- cooking-oil spray
- 1 cup gluten-free plain flour
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup cornmeal (or fine polenta)
- 150g reduced-fat table spread

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a 22cm round tart tin.
Step 2 Place all ingredients in a large bowl; use the back of a fork to mix well until dough forms.
Step 3 Flour hands and then press dough into prepared tart tin.
Step 4 Put tart tin in fridge to chill for 30 minutes. Transfer tin to oven and bake for 20–30 minutes, or until tart case is golden brown.
Step 5 Fill cooked tart case with sweet or savoury filling and serve.
