- cooking-oil spray
- 300g gluten-free self-raising flour
- 50ml olive oil
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon dried mixed herbs

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Preheat oven to 200°C. Spray a large pizza tray or pizza stone with a coating of cooking oil.
Step 2 Combine all ingredients with 100ml cold water in a large bowl; mix well. (If using an electric mixer, use dough-hook attachment.)
Step 3 Place dough on pizza tray (or stone) and roll into 1 or 2 balls. Top dough ball with a sheet of baking paper; flatten and shape into a round with a rolling pin.
Step 4 Top dough round (or rounds) with preferred toppings and bake for 10–15 minutes, or until crust is crisp and cooked to your liking.
