Full ingredients list:
3 oranges, peeled, sliced, plus extra slices, to garnish
3 ripe pears, sliced
1 tablespoon honey
1 cinnamon stick, broken into pieces
3/4 cup couscous
zest of 1 orange
3/4 cup fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon caster sugar
1 tablespoon almond meal
1 tablespoon reduced-fat table spread, melted
2 teaspoons icing sugar, to dust
12 tablespoons low-fat Greek-style yoghurt, to serve

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Place orange slices, pear slices, honey and cinnamon pieces in a large baking dish with 1/2 cup water.
Step 2 Place couscous and orange zest in a medium heatproof bowl. Heat fresh orange juice in a small saucepan set over high heat until almost boiling. Pour hot juice into couscous bowl; cover for about 5 minutes. Fluff grains with a fork. Stir almond meal, melted table spread and caster sugar into mixture to make crumble.
Step 3 Scatter crumble over fruit in baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes, or until fruit softens and crumble turns golden. (If crumble browns too fast, cover dish with foil.)
Step 4 Garnish crumble with orange slices, dust with icing sugar and serve with 2 tablespoons yoghurt.
