Boiled eggs with dukkah soldiers

Full ingredients list:
8 large eggs
4 slices wholegrain bread
1 large firm ripe avocado, peeled, mashed
1 tablespoon dukkah
juice of 1/2 lemon, optional

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Put eggs in a large saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 6 minutes (for soft-boiled), or until eggs are cooked to your liking, then drain.
Step 2 Meanwhile, toast or grill wholegrain bread until golden.
Step 3 Spread toast with mashed avocado, sprinkle evenly with dukkah and cut into lengths. Serve soft-boiled eggs with dukkah soldiers.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice onto dukkah soldiers for a citrus tang!
