- 1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Combine all ingredients in a large wide bowl. Add meat of your choice; leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.
Step 2 Set a large non-stick pan over high heat; add meat and stir-fry until evenly cooked.
NOTE: Nutrition information based on approx. 2 tablespoons marinade per serve.
- This marinade gives stir-fries a tasty tang. Simply cut marinated meat into thin slices and add stir-fry vegies, such as Chinese broccoli (gai lan), baby corn and capsicum, in step 2.
- Marinade will keep in the fridge for only two days.
