- 2 x 250g punnets strawberries, hulled, halved or quartered
- 2 tablespoons icing sugar, sifted
- 2 tablespoons strawberry liqueur
- 1/2 cup thick low-fat vanilla yoghurt
- 8 pieces almond bread

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Put strawberries, icing sugar and liqueur in a medium bowl; toss to combine. Leave mixture to macerate for 20 minutes.
Step 2 Divide berries and macerating liquid among 4 glasses or shallow bowls. Top berries with yoghurt and serve with almond bread.
