Full ingredients list:
2 rounds wholemeal Lebanese bread
4 tablespoons low-fat hommous
1 cup store-bought tabouli
2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
400g lean rump steak, chargrilled, sliced
4 iceberg lettuce leaves, finely shredded
4 tablespoons grated reduced-fat cheese
no-added-sugar barbecue sauce (optional)

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Cut around edge of Lebanese bread rounds with a long sharp knife. Pull rounds apart carefully to make 4 thin rounds.
Step 2 Assemble kebabs: Spread inside of each bread round with hommous, then top with tabouli, sliced tomato and beef, shredded lettuce and grated cheese; drizzle with barbecue sauce (if desired).
Step 3 Fold bread rounds over filling to form kebabs and serve.
