Sesame soy chicken with lentils

Full ingredients list:
600g lean chicken breast, sliced
1/4 cup reduced-salt soy sauce
1 tablespoon grated ginger
500g frozen stir-fry-vegie mix
400g can no-added-salt lentils, rinsed, drained
4 cups shredded silverbeet
3 cups cooked black rice
2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Combine chicken, soy sauce and ginger in a small bowl; leave to rest for 10 minutes.
Step 2 Spray a large non-stick frying pan with cooking oil and set over medium heat. Transfer chicken to pan; cook for 2 minutes. Add vegies; stir-fry for 5 minutes, or until tender. Add remaining sauce (from bowl) and lentils; simmer for 2 minutes, or until heated.
Step 3 Fold shredded silverbeet and black rice through cooked chicken, vegies and lentils.
Step 4 Divide mixture among serving plates, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
