Full ingredients list:
- 400g can skim sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon of coconut essence
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup chopped dried apple (or other dried fruit)
- 1 cup mixed pumpkin and sunflower seeds
- 1 cup chopped, unsalted, raw walnuts, almonds and cashews

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Preheat oven to 130ºC. Grease the sides of a 23 x 33 x 4cm baking tin and line base and two sides with baking paper, leaving a little hanging over the sides.
Step 2 Warm condensed milk and coconut essence in a small pot over a low heat for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3 Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Fold condensed milk and essence mixture into the rest of the ingredients with a spoon or spatula.
Step 4 Mix well, then spread into baking tin and press down firmly with a slightly wet hand to even the surface.
Step 5 Bake for 1 hour, then remove from oven and leave to cool in tin before cutting into 32 slices.
