Creamy chargrilled zucchini penne

Full ingredients list:
- 1 zucchini, sliced diagonally
- 1 small red onion, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup wholemeal penne
- 2 tablespoons Philadelphia Cream for Cooking 60% less fat
- 1 small clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 cup basil leaves
- 2 teaspoons grated parmesan
- 2 cups baby rocket salad, to serve

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Preheat a chargrill pan over high heat. Chargrill zucchini and onion for 2 minutes until just tender and golden. Transfer to a heatproof plate. Cover with foil to keep warm.
Step 2 Meanwhile, cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling water for 10 minutes, according to packet directions, or until tender. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup of cooking liquid.
Step 3 Place a non-stick saucepan over medium heat. Add cream and garlic and heat for 1 minute. Stir in pasta, zucchini, onion and enough of reserved cooking liquid to loosen mixture. Remove pan from heat.
Step 4 Stir in basil and parmesan. Season with freshly ground black pepper. Serve pasta with rocket salad.
