- 2 medium bananas, sliced into chunks, frozen completely
- 4 tablespoons reduced-fat cream
- 1/3 cup strawberries, chopped and frozen
- 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Place bananas into a food processor. Blend until they form a soft ice-cream consistency.
Step 2 Add cream, strawberries and sugar and blend until an ice-cream is formed. Serve immediately or store in a freezer-proof container.
