- 2 medium firm bananas, sliced into chunks, frozen completely

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Place banana chunks into a food processor and blend until bananas begin to break up into small pieces, then begin to cream together.
Step 2 Scrape down the sides and continue processing until bananas turn into a creamy ice-cream.
Step 3 Serve immediately or place into a freezer-proof container and freeze until required.
You can also add 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste once the bananas have reached their creamy ice-cream consistency.
