Full ingredients list:
- 2 Turkish bread rolls
- 2 tablespoons hommous
- 1/2 quantity Basic BBQ vegie mix
- 1/2 cup sliced beetroot
- 1 cup rocket
- 100g lean cooked skinless chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Halve rolls and spread each with some hommous. Add BBQ vegies, beetroot, rocket, chicken and basil. Top with remaining half of the bread and serve.
You can replace rolls with a loaf of Turkish bread – just slice it into squares.
