Full ingredients list:
200g peeled cooked prawns, diced
2 tablespoons chopped coriander
1 tablespoon chopped mint
2 Kaffir lime leaves (central vein removed), shredded
1 long red chilli, deseeded, finely chopped
2 tablespoons shredded coconut, lightly toasted
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons caster sugar

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Place prawn, coriander, mint, Kaffir lime, chilli and coconut in a medium bowl; stir to combine.
Step 2 Mix lime juice, fish sauce and sugar in a small bowl to make dressing, stirring to thoroughly dissolve sugar. Pour dressing onto prawn mixture; stir to coat.
Step 3 Divide spicy prawn mixture among 12 Chinese spoons and serve immediately.
