Full ingredients list:
- 125g lean rump steak
- cooking oil spray
- 1/2 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons chopped basil
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 cup canned lentils, rinsed, drained
- 3 tablespoons chopped 97% fat-free sun-dried tomatoes
- 30g reduced-fat feta, crumbled

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Spray steak with a little oil. Place a griddle pan over medium-high heat. Cook steak for 1–2 minutes each side, or until cooked to your liking. Set aside to rest and keep warm.
Step 2 Meanwhile, spray a frying pan with oil and place over medium heat. Add cherry tomatoes, most of the basil leaves and lemon juice. Cook for 3–4 minutes until tomatoes are soft. Add lentils and sun-dried tomatoes and heat through for a further 2 minutes. Fold in feta.
Step 3 Slice steak. Place lentil mixture onto a plate, top with steak and remaining basil to serve.
