Apple and blackberry crepes

Full ingredients list:
4 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
2 tablespoons caster sugar
2-3 drops vanilla extract
pinch ground cinnamon
300g blackberries (frozen or fresh)
8 Basic crepes
1 cup low-fat Greek-style yoghurt, to serve

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 To make filling, put apples, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon into a pan with 2 tablespoons water. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, until apples are soft. Add blackberries. Cook for 5 more minutes.
Step 2 Top each crepe with an eighth of the fruit mixture, and fold over. Serve two crepes per person with yoghurt and any extra filling on the side.
