- cooking oil spray
- 2 bunches asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 2 teaspoons reduced-salt soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds, lightly toasted, to garnish

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Place a large chargrill pan over high heat. Spray asparagus lightly with oil. Grill asparagus for 2 minutes each side, or until lightly charred and tender-crisp. Transfer onto a serving plate.
Step 2 Combine tahini, mirin and soy sauce. Drizzle the dressing over the asparagus then sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Serve with Asian-style pork and rice.
