Full ingredients list:
- 1 sheet reduced-fat puff pastry,thawed
- 2 small ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon icing sugar
- 4 small scoops reduced-fat vanilla ice-cream, to serve

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Cut 4 x 11cm circles from the sheet of pastry. Place onto prepared tray and prick all over with a fork. Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden.
Step 2 Place banana slices onto pastry circles leaving a 1cm border around the edge.
Step 3 Combine orange zest and brown sugar and sprinkle over banana. Bake for a further 6–8 minutes, or until pastry is golden and risen and brown sugar has melted. Sift icing sugar over banana and serve with ice-cream.
Make it dairy free: Use a soy ice-cream instead.
