Step 1 Combine sauce ingredients in a small mug or bowl.
Step 2 Spray a wok with oil and place over medium heat, then add pork. Spread it out a bit, then leave it for a minute. Turn over, leave for another minute, or until just cooked. Remove from wok and set aside.
Step 3 Spray wok again lightly with oil, then add garlic, ginger and chilli. Stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant, then add mushrooms. Stir until mushrooms soften, then add bok choy and snow peas.
