Chargrilled baby bok choy

- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 6 baby bok choy, halved lengthwise
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 long red chillies, deseeded, thinly sliced diagonally

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Preheat a large chargrill pan to high. Combine oil and vinegar in a heatproof bowl. Brush a little of the oil mixture over cut sides of bok choy.
Step 2 Chargrill bok choy, cut side down in 2 batches, for 2 minutes. Turn and chargrill for 1 minute more, or until just wilted. Transfer to bowl with remaining oil mixture and toss to coat.
Step 3 Place a small non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and chilli. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until fragrant and starting to change colour. Toss with bok choy before serving.
Add this to steamed fish or mixed seafood and cooked rice.
