Full ingredients list:
- 1/3 cup (45g) raw hazelnuts
- 500g green beans, trimmed
- 500g broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Place hazelnuts onto baking tray and bake for 5–10 minutes, or until fragrant and golden. Remove from tray and coarsely chop.
Step 2 Steam beans and broccoli until tender-crisp. Toss with lemon juice and lemon zest. Season with black pepper and sprinkle with reserved hazelnuts. Great with baked mini lamb roasts and a baked potato.
