Zucchini, mushroom and feta pasta

Full ingredients list:
- 400g angel hair pasta
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 large zucchinis, thinly sliced
- 2 cups sliced button mushrooms
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 150g reduced-fat feta, crumbled
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- lemon wedges, to serve

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Cook pasta according to packet instructions. Drain.
Step 2 Meanwhile, place oil into a large saucepan and place over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add onion and cook for a further 30 seconds.
Step 3 Add zucchini and mushrooms and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes, until softened.
Step 4 Add lemon juice and cook for a further minute.
Step 5 Remove from heat and add feta, pepper and cooked pasta. Toss to combine and serve with lemon wedges and a green salad.
