Stir-fried sprouts with chilli and garlic

- 500g (6 cups) Brussels sprouts, trimmed, halved
- cooking oil spray
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 long red chilli, deseeded, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon reduced-salt soy sauce

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Cook sprouts in a saucepan of boiling water for 2 minutes, or until tender-crisp. Refresh under cold running water. Drain well.
Step 2 Place a large wok over high heat and spray lightly with oil. Add the garlic and chilli, stir-fry for 30 seconds then add sprouts and stir-fry for a further 1–2 minutes, or until heated through. Add soy sauce and toss to combine. Try serving with grilled salmon and sweet potato mash.
