Full ingredients list:
- 50g reduced-fat table spread
- 2 cups large marshmallows
- 2 cups rice bubbles
- 100g malt biscuits, crushed
- 1/4 cup glace cherries, chopped
- 1/4 cup dried apricots, chopped

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Spray a 30cm x 21cm baking tin with oil. Place table spread and marshmallows into a heatproof bowl over a small pan of hot water. Stir until melted.
Step 2 Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl, then add melted marshmallow. Work quickly to combine mixture well and then pour into prepared tin. Spread into corners and smooth.
Step 3 Cut into slices while still in the tin, then place into refrigerator for 1 hour until set.
Will keep in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
