- 6 scoops lemon sorbet
- 8 small, roughly crushed meringues
- 2 cups fresh berries (we used a mixture of blueberries and raspberries)

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Scoop sorbet into a large bowl and beat with a wooden spoon to soften slightly. Stir through the meringue pieces and berries.
Step 2 Scoop mixture into six serving glasses and freeze until you are ready to serve.
