Full ingredients list:
- 4 cups self-raising flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 300g low-fat Greek yoghurt
- 200ml skim milk
- 1 cup (about 120g) low-fat natural or vanilla yoghurt
- 250g strawberries

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Mix together dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add Greek yoghurt and mix well. Add milk and mix with a flat-bladed knife.
Step 2 Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and spread to form a square 1–2cm high (depending on how tall you like your scones). Cut dough with a scone cutter and place scones onto prepared tray. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden.
Step 3 For the filling, process yoghurt and half the strawberries in a food processor. Halve scones and top with yoghurt filling and remaining strawberries, halved.
