Fish fillet with spicy avocado

Full ingredients list:
- 1/4 small avocado
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- dash of Tabasco
- cooking oil spray
- 200g white fish fillet
- 150g baby potatoes, halved, steamed
- 1 cup steamed vegetables (such as green beans)

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 In a small bowl, combine avocado with lime juice and Tabasco. Mash with a fork to a smooth consistency and season with ground black pepper. Cover and set aside.
Step 2 Spray a small frying pan with oil and place over medium heat. Add fish and cook for 1–2 minutes on each side, until cooked through and opaque. Top fish with avocado mixture and serve with potatoes and vegies.
Reduce the heat by replacing the Tabasco with 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin.
